Meet Janna.

Janna brings beauty, resilience, and livability to spaces in need.

With 15+ years of whole room/whole home professional design experience, she channels her God-given creativity to serve, mentor, educate—and she’s a natural at making it fun.

As a child in southwestern Ontario, Canada, Janna chose House & Home over homework, and as a teen, her parents and family friends repeatedly trusted her eye for paint and furniture selection. Her pragmatic creativity and desire to help others led her to pursue a design degree, which was hot in hand when she fell in love and moved to Iowa.

Janna’s personal, hands-on experience is what makes her an authentic and relatable partner in professional design. Ask her about gutting and renovating a century home, a run-down ranch, and an office building straight out of the 80s—all to serve the needs of her growing family and business.

Emerging from a tiny bedroom office during the pandemic, Janna McCalley Interiors Shop and Studio are quickly becoming a destination spot in the heart of Marion, Iowa.
